About Solitaire Daily
Solitaire Daily brings classic Klondike Solitaire to your browser with a Wordle-style Daily Challenge — every day a new seeded deal, the same for every player worldwide, with a shareable emoji result card. Free Play offers unlimited games in Draw 1 or Draw 3 mode, a full undo stack, auto-move on double-click, and a win-streak counter that tracks your longest run. The visual theme is a rich casino felt table: deep forest green background with a subtle grain texture, cream ivory cards with ornate gold borders, card backs featuring a classic diamond-lattice pattern. Win and watch all 52 cards cascade off the foundations in a bouncing waterfall animation. The Daily Challenge is seeded from the calendar date using mulberry32 — every player on Earth gets the same deal, and the seven-emoji result card encodes each tableau column's state at game end. One attempt per day, then share your result. Touch-drag on mobile, long-press to auto-move a card to its foundation, deal animation on new game, 7 procedural Web Audio sound effects. No download, no account, free forever.

Tips & Strategies
- ✓Build tableau columns down in alternating colors — a red 7 goes on a black 8
- ✓Move Aces to foundations immediately; they block nothing and enable future moves
- ✓Empty tableau columns are powerful — only Kings can start them, unlocking deep buried cards
- ✓In Draw 3, you cycle through stock in sets of three — plan ahead for the card you need
- ✓Daily Challenge is always Draw 1 — use undo sparingly since each costs 5 points
FAQ
Is Solitaire Daily free?
Yes, completely free. No download, no account, plays instantly in any browser on desktop or mobile.
What is the Daily Challenge?
Every day a new 52-card deal is generated from the date using a seeded random number generator, so every player worldwide gets the same deal. You have one attempt per day. After your game ends — win or run out of moves — you see a 7-emoji result card encoding your tableau state, which you can share.
What do the emoji mean in the share card?
Each emoji represents one of the 7 tableau columns at game end. 🟩 means you cleared that column completely. 🟧 means cards remain but all are face-up (you made progress). 🟥 means face-down cards are still buried in that column.
What is the difference between Draw 1 and Draw 3?
Draw 1 turns over one card from the stock at a time — more accessible. Draw 3 deals three cards and only the top one is playable — harder and requires longer planning horizons. Draw 3 also awards 15 points for moves to foundations instead of 10. Daily Challenge always uses Draw 1 for fairness.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. Drag cards with your finger to move them. Long-press a card for 300 milliseconds to auto-move it to the correct foundation pile. Everything scales to any phone screen width.
